Delivery

As perfection takes time, we will be highly appreciative if you can plan your delivery ahead of time to avoid unforeseen circumstances

1. All Brown & Sugar deliveries are managed by in-house runner unless informed earlier via third-party vendor (Lalamove or Grab), to deliver within Kuala Lumpur and specific areas within Selangor;
2. Delivery rates are dependent on the area with rates estimated between RM8 to RM70;
3. For multi-level building units or shopping malls, customers are required to collect from the driver at the main entrance as charges do not include parking fees.

For self pick-up and requested delivery services, please refer to the time slots below. Customers are required to state their preferred time slot upon checkout.

• Brown & Sugar delivery services are managed by in-house runner unless informed earlier via third-party vendor such as LalaMove and Grab;
• Deliveries are by arrangement only with charges applied;
• Please choose the time slot carefully as our deliveries may take up to three hours per slot, and we are unable to take requests for specific delivery times.
• For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance as our courier is unable to deliver the order straight to your unit. The order will be returned to us if the collection is not completed;
• For landed properties, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order. The order will be returned to us if the collection is not completed;
• Please take note that once delivery is confirmed, Brown & Sugar will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process;
• Once the cake has been delivered and signed for, Brown & Sugar will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided;
• Self-pick-up is also available should it be more convenient;
• If you choose to self-pick up, Brown & Sugar will not be held liable for any damages to the orders once it has left our premises.

• Brown & Sugar has distinctive designs and weights for the Tall Cake edition. As such, all the Tall Cake editions will be delivered to customers partially closed with the normal 12-inch square cake box for transportation purposes, and not for presentation. However, please note that Brown & Sugar is working on providing custom boxes for your convenience;
• Sparkler candles will only be provided upon request with additional charges;
• A simple cake knife is available by Brown & Sugar but ONLY UPON REQUEST. (Plastic Reduction: A Step Closer to Sustainability)

• Brown & Sugar delicacies are best consumed within 48 hours from collection and/or delivery but can be chilled for up to three days;
• All delicacies need to be stored in the refrigerator and set at room temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
